Board of ADJUSTMENTS

The Board of Adjustments  is composed of 5 members.  The duties of the board is to hear and decide all building permit appeals and applications requesting special exceptions and to hear and decide all applications for variances from the terms provided  in the Zoning Regulations Ordinance.   The Board of Adjustments include:

Click below for a Building Permit & Fee Schedule or a Variance Hearing Permit.  There is a $75 fee for a Variance Hearing that must be accompanied with the Permit.  Also below, you can download a copy of the Zoning Regulations.
