golf cart permit application

Operation of golf carts is permitted on streets in the city.  No person shall operate a golf cart on any city street without first obtaining a permit from the city.  Your permit must accompany proof of public liability insurance and bodily injury insurance and a valid driver's license.  The annual fee for the permit is $30 due at time of registration.  All permits expire December 31st.  Your golf cart must be equipped with a slow moving vehicle sign and a bicycle safety flag at all times during operation and shall be equipped with adequate breaks and a rearview mirror.  Golf carts may be operated on city streets only between sunrise and sunset.  NO ATV's or UTV's are allowed in the City of Reinbeck.  Click below for a Golf Cart Permit Application.
