Building Permit Information

A Building Permit is required in Reinbeck if you are erecting, altering, or extending a structure.  No Building Permit is required if you are re-roofing, siding, replacing sidewalks or existing steps, or replacing windows or doors.  All permits shall be applied for in writing and accompanied by plans, specifications, and the appropriate fee and submitted to City Hall for approval.  Click on the Download button at the bottom of the page for a Building Permit & Fee Schedule.
